Acres of green space are shared by the community. There is plenty of open space for children to play as well as wooded areas shared by deer and turkeys.

Two large private lakes, Lake Trevor & Lake Emily are stocked with bass & brim. Each lake covers approximately 12 acres in area and provide a haven for ducks and geese. Only  row/paddle boats and  boats with trolling motors are allowed, to protect the quality of the lakes. Both lakes are near 20 feet in depth at the dams. Common areas adjoin both lakes, so they can be enjoyed by all residents of Raintree.
